Didrogesterone, trade name: Dapotone, is an oral progesterone preparation. It is a natural oral progesterone, it has few side effects, no androgen and adrenocortical hormone effects, and has no effect on lipid metabolism. Dydrogesterone has other functions besides its well-known role in preserving fetuses.
